A STEM group is a small group of people who meet during the week to study the Bible and build authentic community.  We strive to make our STEM groups a space where you can be real with one another, feel comfortable sharing or asking questions, and do life together.  At Growing Faith, we desire everyone to participate in one of our STEM groups because our goal is to UNITE them in authentic community.

Some groups are gender specific while others are coed and/or for couples.  These groups are for members and non-members. They typically run for 10-12 weeks.  IF NONE OF THESE GROUP DAYS/TIMES WORK FOR YOU, please email Michael Gay, our Groups Coordinator at groups@growingfaithnc.com and let him know.  New groups are being created as we have interest.

Just as the stem of a plant provides support for the plant, points of attachment for leaves, flowers, fruits, and buds, and transports water, minerals, and nutrients throughout the body of the plant, we pray that the STEM group will do the same for our church plant.  STEM is also an acronym that describes what we do in a STEM group:
S - Study the Bible.
T - Talk to God.
E - Enjoy Community.
M - Make and Multiply Disciples.
